Vehicle Storage Lot

We know that many are excited that progress is being made on the Vehicle Storage Lot on the east end of Middleton Rd. Here are things the Board wants you to know.

• We do not have an expected date of completion.

• We will inform the community when residents may begin requesting a space in the lot. Those requests will go through our management company, PCAM.

• Please review the agreement and make yourself aware of the terms prior to requesting a space. All spaces are tied to a vehicle and a resident. A resident will not be able to reserve a space and save it for another resident.

• Spaces will be assigned based on completed applications, including documents and payment on a first-come first-served basis.

• The first year fee will be prorated.

Mowing

Mowing started this week and the Board has had conversations with Sullivan's about their non-adherence to the mowing schedule as published. We were assured that next week's mowing will follow the schedule as presented (weather permitting).
