You likely have seen more activity in and around Atlantic Lakes. Here is some of what has been taking place recently.

  • The pool had repair done to the drains making them safer for residents.

  • The pool area and clubhouse has been power washed.

  • Sussex County Conservation District reviewed pond structural deficiencies with developers.

  • Some remediation of pond structural deficiencies has begun.

  • Envirotech began the springtime preventative maintenance in and around the ponds.

  • The fountains were reset to stay on longer into the evening.

  • A small fire started along Lighthouse Road in mulch around a tree. Good Samaritans driving by put out the fire (Tuesday).

  • Area rug in the seating area of the Clubhouse was replaced.

  • Decorative lights were installed on the brick columns at the entrance to the community.

  • The base to the RV/Boat Storage lot appears to be mostly completed, with structures for light poles.

  • We've made application to the Town of Selbyville to install much needed street lights on Gennaker and Corsair.

  • No Trespassing signs will be installed near Pond #6 by the clubhouse.

  • A new round table for the pool deck is scheduled to be delivered next week.

  • Remember, the pool is scheduled to be open on May 23rd.

The next Community meeting is scheduled for June 3rd at 6 pm. This will be an in-person meeting with elections for 3 Board positions.
