  1. If you've not walked by yet, good progress is being made on the Vehicle Storage Lot. Some curbing has been completed along with paving. Here are a few photos of some of the progress.

  1. Due to term limits, there are some upcoming openings on some of our committees. As a reminder, those committees include:


  • Document Committee

  • Finance Committee

  • Architectural Review Committee

  • Maintenance Committee

  • Clubhouse and Pool Committee


Terms are one year, and members are appointed by the Board. If you are interested in any of these committees, please contact the Board through the PCAM Portal.
