Boat & RV Storage Lot Now Open – Applications Being Accepted

Dear Homeowners,

We are pleased to announce that the community's Boat & RV Storage Lot is now open, and we are officially accepting applications for storage space.

If you are interested in renting a space, please note the following:

• The application fee is $350, which includes a $50 non-refundable processing fee and the $300 rental fee for the first year.

• The application is available through the Homeowner Portal in the left-side menu. Please complete the application in its entirety and upload all required supporting documentation before submitting it for review.

• Upon approval, your rental will include the remainder of 2026 at no additional cost, as well as all of 2027. Beginning in 2028, the storage agreement will be on an annual basis.

• PCAM will assign all storage spaces. Requests for specific spaces cannot be accommodated.

• If you previously expressed interest in a storage spot and were placed on the reserve list, you have two weeks to apply for the space before your reserved spot is released. 

Please note that while the perimeter fence for the storage lot is expected to be completed over the coming weeks, approved applicants may begin using the storage lot immediately after their application has been approved and a storage space has been assigned.

We encourage anyone interested in securing a space to submit their application as soon as possible. If you have any questions regarding the application process or storage lot requirements, please contact the management office.
